해루질 강좌 "머리말" (Harujil course - "PREFACE")



PREFACE


It is already over 6 years since I first started to learn Harujil. Of course, when I was young, I went out to the beach to catch fish and pick up shellfish, but I did not make professional equipment like I am now. If I had known earlier, I would have liked it at home. There are so many things I want to grab as most people get to know the first time. When I first got to know a lot, there were a lot of things I wanted to catch. But all of them did not tell me as if it was a great secret. And at that time, the Internet did not develop, so I could not get through easily. Nobody told me how I caught a fish, a sea cucumber, a seashell and so on.

I do not care if I do not mind. I went to the local place and asked the fishermen. At that time, the fishermen thought that it would be because of the livelihood. I found one of the cafes after browsing the internet. It was a cafe called "bar tea" which is now gone. So from then on I joined and started my activities. While working hard, we are now operating "Harujil Cafe". In the meantime, I went to the sea and learned a lot of things and organized my own knowledge. Beginning with "Making a good daddy with milk," I became an opportunity to learn about many seafood.

I think it is to awaken the primordial instinct of man against the sea of Mother Nature. When humans are dealing with the sea, there is a lot of danger around them. Every year, many people are struck when they catch shellfish in the western sea. Even if I had a little knowledge of the ocean, I could have prevented this kind of accident.

It is important for us to catch seafood with a seaweed, but I thought it would be better to know basically what we need to know before catching. Now, I want to start a new article with the hope that it will be a little help for those who are close to the sea.
